Payment:
There is a 50% deposit on all catering parties due when booking the event. The balance is due upon commencement of the meal. A confirmed guest count is required at least ten days before the event.

Cancellation:
Because the food for your event is purchased and prepared fresh, notice of cancellation will follow the following guide lines.
- 30 days prior to event we keep 25% of the total.
- 14 days prior to event we keep 50% of the total.
- Last minute cancellation the full amount is due.

Minimum Size:
Roast Easy functions on dollar value minimums. In other words, we have to achieve a minimum dollar amount in order for the event to be economically viable. The prices listed are based on a minimum of 50 persons. If your function is more than 300 there will be a discount (depending on menu selection) and if there are less than 50 the price will rise according to numbers. Discounts will also be considered based on multiple events and locations.
